What payment methods do we accept?
The following payment methods are available:
Credit/Debit Card – We accept the following card types: - Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Electron, Solo, Maestro.
PayPal - Express Checkout account holders only.
My order has not arrived yet, what shall I do?
We use Royal Mail and My Hermes as our delivery agents.
If you have not received your delivery after 7 working days from the day you have placed your order, please follow the instructions below.- Check with other members of your household that the goods may have been delivered to them in your absence.
- Check with your local Royal Mail Sorting Office that they are not holding the parcel for you.
- Once you have done this please contact us with these details and your order number and we will be happy to remedy this with you.

I need to return an item, what shall I do?
All items can be returned. Please call SBR Supplies on 01268 387937 to confirm procedure.
How can I make a change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact SBR Supplies on 01268 387937 before the item is dispatched.
Can I combine my postage?
Yes you can. The more you order the less the postage you will pay.
